Delta built an extra car for this race. I told him I'd enter it under my name -I gave the axles a slight adjustment and buttoned it up. Now it's a Delta 442. Thanks Daniel!!!

My next candidate will be Canon the Carabo. I hope it will be my fastest car, so I'll paint it root beer to make it stand out well.
Sadly, the Carabo I have isn't my fastest one so I've created a replacement out of a repainted Monte Carlo Stocker I had for a while. This one is as fast as Goldenrod. Both are ready to race unless if I make one that's faster.

Since I usually race vintage redlines, I decided to do some recycling for this event and cracked open some previous disappointments to try again. Added some TE speed shop tricks, hope they came out faster and not slower! Remixed Sand Drifter and Whip Creamer are on the way.
I think I might be having bad luck because my shelf fell over and crushed my competing cars... :(
However, I'm repainting Goldenrod a shinier gold and the Torino Stocker silver.
Here's an update on both of them: their paint's still drying but otherwise they'll be ready to race again once I reassemble them.

The Grudge match is on your standard track (one track section drop)...NightStalker's car gets one car length advantage (same drop height, he gets the block of foam at the end of the track). His Redline against my Heavy Chevy, best 2 out of 3. I think I have that right...Nightstalker?
I included the M2 Firebird with my cars...if Nightstalker wins, he gets that Firebird, if I win, he had a '57 Chevy, I believe.
I hope some more grudge matches happen...they should be fun!
