THE ________ CUP?
oooh eee ! got [ 2 ] '67 velles at wally in oxford ... roof and trunk recently removed.... next step; passin' gasser's roll cage / dash, w / shift kicker's mill mounted in the front seat, driving from the trunk !
HEY, HEY WE'RE THE SKUNKIES....
I've been doing some cutting myself, for this upcoming Chevelle Cup.
This car is the first one I built for the first Featherweight series. It was faster than a stock one, but I never raced them before the wheel change so it may have been even faster before I switched the wheels...This one wouldn't stand a chance in the Featherwight series, and especially not against these 45 grammers. I'll be building a new Chevelle for the Cup.

an easy replacement, front and rear, with F T E axles, correct diameter and width for the '67 "velle" is the
. '05 _ _ _ _ _ , _ _ _ _ _ , _ _ _ R .... COLLECTOR # _ _ 6... i put the velle's wheels back under "it" and dropped it in the fred box...
That's more like it.
got in contact with the commish, two tin cups and a wire... i think the commish's office is concidering having the zjevelle cup become a multi-track series.... he has my vote !

Smitty, look back to June 15 & 16 in this thread. We (youz included) talked about this back then. Oldtimers?

Hot on the tail of the Featherweights II more or less...before the Johnnys.
Torino-Maverick-64 Chevlle-Shacker are teh cars I have read in this string.
I belive I have all of these cards from my weeks will power break down...
It's the '67 Chevelle that is being used for this first "Cup". Everybody is starting with a '67 Chevelle.
Smitty already built a totally out of hand custom! ...but, is it fast?

Beautiful Yes, and probably Fast as well.
But oooh, to think of the love and care that Smitty must have put into this CHEVROLET! We should all consider the extreme sacrifice in compromise he's had to experience for the good of the RDR Brotherhood

The red and the white cars could have been duds!
I put FTEs on both ends of car #2. The front ones didn't sound too good when rolled so I replaced them and that's when it beat the test mule. Now I've got to spend some time massaging the axles a-la Smitty. Those gold wheels ARE fast too!
