Oh, okay. It looks safer the way you have it now--partly because the track goes all the way to the padding on the back (the cars are more likely to just bounce straight back along the track; and when they don't, they'll land on the side padding--something softer).

I'm going to do a Mod to the Box, to keep the cars from doing any bouncing and flipping when they come to a stop. Keep watching.

O.k. here is a mod that will help with the cars flipping when entering the stop box. I cut 2 pieces of foam and wedged them in at an angle so the cars will stop without flipping around when coming to a complete stop from Mach speed.

So the saying is, "No guts, no glory," right? Okay...

Every month now at the RIHWC, they have a "Hammer Race." Perhaps most of you haven't heard of this. It's a race where, if you win and move on to the next round, you get to take a hammer--literally--to the car you beat. Fifty feet. Stocks only. Trophy for the winner. BEAT THAT FOR "GUTS"!!!!

Anyway, I don't know if they'd let me bring somebody else's cars if they were mailed in, but if you dare to find out, let me know. And by the way--while I may or may not dare to enter a BWF Camaro if mods became involved, something like this would be an interesting idea for an RLD event.
