Woah! That's an awesome jig...or pair of jigs. Nicely designed. You should sell those. I'm pretty sure you'd have a line out the door :) I'd buy a set for sure - take my money.
I see those long axle rods you have there...so you fix those to the chassis and use the jig to keep them aligned and such, awesome. But then you have to cut them down, yes? How do you do that, and more, how do you cap off the ends?
- The U shaped jig just sets the axle parallel, when the JB dries the rods are removed. Then the other jigs are used to set the wheels and axles parallel — bcw15

- I put the jb on the axle tube and let it mushroom thru the hole of sure if it helps hold it or not — bcw15

...I told him I don't have time to build your cars for a steak dinner this time, heck I still have some cars for Hot Wheels Originals to finish up.....man, I love it so!!!
