I hope everyone had a good Easter weekend and was able to connect with family and friends as much as you're able. The diecast racing keeps on rolling despite all the distress. But I know a few in the RLD community are dealing with this virus stuff in a very real way, so to those folks, know the entire diecast racing community is sending good vibes and hoping for the best.

Welcome to the community
We've seen a lot of new members join us here at Redline Derby racing in recent weeks, so to everyone that's managed to find us - welcome! We're glad you found us and hope you enjoy your time here while continuing to explore the diecast racing hobby. Just remember to share your stories, your tracks, and your racing.

And if you're new and just kind of lurking around...say Hello! Share your story and a few photos of your tracks, your cars, your fun. The more conversation we have, the better it helps everyone.

Topics

YouTube channel list updated
We've added a few more YouTube channels to the Big List. And the list just isn't for the popular channels. We have the big, the little, and ones in between. And if you run a channel and it's not in the list - share a link!

Chaos Canyon comes alive
This is a new(ish) track build from Chaos Canyon Racing out of New Zealand, and the best thing about it is the wide use of different materials. You don't need miles of orange track or fat track to build an existing layout and race some cars. Check out a few of the photos and get inspired!

Hot tips for editing video
Video editing sucks, it just does, but it's something we all have to tackle at some point if we're looking for run races and share the fun with others. There are lots of tools out there to help but even then it can all come down to the technique. Share your tricks & tips and help others get over the fear.

Events

The RLD Racing League April Race is still on track for the end of the month. Keep building and get your cars shipped soon.

Charger Summer will be here before you know it. The green flag drops in June so there's plenty of time to get find a few Chargers and get them tuned up. Just don't be intimidated by Voxxer Racing's slick bullet entries.

We're moving into 3 or 4 weeks stuck a home and I know we're probably all getting a little tired and anxioius, but keep on racing and sharing the fun...it really does help. Happy racing!!

Thanks for the mention. So stoked to have rediscovered this hobby and to be involved with what I see as the go to sport of the future.

Loving building the track out of materials I had to hand. If I had the space I have plans for about four other full on track designs as well. Just need a bigger house or a decent garage...and maybe a more understanding partner ;)

So many cool channels on here that I've found and some great tips and tricks. Love seeing everyones builds as well. Just an awesome community.
